Teen killer repeatedly shot Temple cop, then tried to steal his gun

As he was chasing a man dressed all in black down the 1700 block of Montgomery Avenue in North Philly, Temple University Police Officer Christopher Fitzgerald repeatedly told the suspect to hit the ground.
