First Amendment expert: You don't need a public official's permission to record him in a park
On Sept. 26th, when Frank Scales, a 22 year-old Republican activist, ambushed District Attorney Larry Krasner in a public park, the D.A. told Scales that he needed Krasner’s permission to record him.
