Should alleged teen terrorist be tried as an adult?

The debate in Philadelphia Family Court this morning will be over whether the 17 year-old son of a local criminal defense lawyer should be tried as an adult for allegedly making and exploding improvised explosive devices [IEDs] in his back yard.
