Nicoletti case ends in a mistrial

Jury hopelessly deadlocked on whether former SWAT team member committed assault with a can of pepper spray

The foreman for an 11-member jury stood up in Philadelphia Common Pleas Court today and announced that in the case of former SWAT team member Richard Nicoletti, the panel was “hopelessly deadlocked.”
