A couple of affidavits written by Lt. Jason Hendershot have come back to haunt him in court

When District Attorney Larry Krasner wanted to indict former police officer Ryan Pownall in 2018, it was Lt. Jason Hendershot who wrote an affidavit of probable cause and obtained an arrest warrant charging Pownall with murder for the shooting death of dirt biker David Jones.
