Krasner loses a couple of cop cases to the Smith brothers

Superior Court rules that there was no reason to charge a police inspector and his detective brother with assault

In August of 2020, the D.A.’s office under Larry Krasner decided to take sides in a dispute involving a couple of off-duty cops who were brothers and an alleged burglar who was breaking into cars.
