Krasner dodges more questions about the serial killer who slipped through his hands

Rather than give a straight answer, the D.A. makes excuses and hops on his soapbox

For the second straight week, I stopped by a Larry Krasner press conference yesterday to try and get a straight answer about an armed and dangerous criminal who slipped through the D.A.’s hands and allegedly went on to become a serial killer.
