The Third Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals has ruled in favor of Rachel Spivack, a former assistant D.A. and Orthodox Jew who claimed a religious exemption when she refused to get the Covid vaccine, and wound up being fired by D.A. Larry Krasner.
