In Sandusky case, evolving tales of abuse were the product of 'junk science'
But despite mounting evidence of tainted testimony and fraud, prosecutors, judges and the media refuse to reexamine a 12 year-old legal and journalistic travesty
In their latest appeal filed last week in state Superior Court, Jerry Sandusky’s lawyers argue that the constantly evolving tales of abuse told by the alleged victims in the case amounted to tainted or “false testimony” induced by practitioners of the “junk science” known as recovered memory therapy.
