On Martin Luther King Day, Philadelphia attorney George Bochetto publicly demanded that nine mayoral appointees resign immediately for their roles in conducting a “kangaroo court” that approved Mayor Kenney’s hasty but illegal plan to evict the 20-foot-high marble statue of Christopher Columbus from Marconi Plaza.
