Former police officer Dial's back in jail while his lawyers seek a change of venue

Brian McMonagle, the lawyer for former police officer Mark Dial, stood in front of the Criminal Justice Center, yesterday, and told reporters that he was “extremely disappointed” in Judge Lilian Ransom’s decision to reinstate all the charges against his client, including first-degree murder.
